Thanks for shopping with Yeah Nah Tradies — Australia's home of gear built for tradies and blue-collar legends. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.

1. Print on Demand — How It Works

Every item in our store is printed fresh to order right here in Australia. This means your gear is made specifically for you once you place your order. Please allow a short production window before your order ships.

Typical production time: 2–4 business days before dispatch.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

We currently ship to all Australian states and territories.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

3. Order Processing

  • Production time: 2–4 business days
  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days from dispatch
  • Express shipping: 3–5 business days from dispatch
  • Total estimated time (standard): up to 18 business days from order date

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days, check your junk/spam folder then contact us at hi@yeahnahtradies.com.au.

5. Free Shipping Threshold

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75.00 AUD — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

  • Free shipping applies to standard delivery only
  • The $75 threshold is based on the order subtotal after any discounts
  • Free shipping does not apply to express upgrades

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Yeah Nah Tradies is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us ASAP at hi@yeahnahtradies.com.au — we'll do our best to fix it before production begins.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please:

  • Check your tracking number via Australia Post
  • Check with neighbours or your building's parcel collection point
  • Allow an additional 3–5 business days during peak periods
  • Contact us at hi@yeahnahtradies.com.au if unresolved

If Australia Post confirms a parcel is lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

8. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll sort out a replacement or refund — no dramas.

9. International Shipping

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. International shipping is not available at this stage.
